Lowhill Township is a township in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is a suburb of Allentown, Pennsylvania, in the Lehigh Valley region of the state. The population of Lowhill Township was 1,869 at the 2000 census. ==Geography== According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 14.0 square miles (36.2 km²), all of it land. It is drained by the Jordan Creek into the Lehigh River. Its villages include Claussville, Leather Corner Post, Lowhill, Lyon Valley, and Weidasville. Route 100 crosses it from north to south.
